PRESIDENT CHERRIE WELCOMES PRIME MINISTER TONY BLAIR OF THE UNITED KINGDOM TO ATTITASH
The President today welcomed Prime Minister Tony Blair of the United Kingdom to Attitash, Black Bear Creek for a weekend retreat.
Both leaders met for a few hours in the Oak Room and discussed issues ranging from Iraq, to Afghanistan, Hamas, the Palastininan Process, Middle East issues, Iran and Terrorism. President Cherrie thanked the Prime Minister for his strong work in the UK Politics and heading the ruling Government.
Prime Minister Blair last met with President Cherrie during the G8 Summit in Scotland last year. Both leaders will meet again in Rockeraiders for the G8 summit in July this year.
