| From the Office of the President: PRESIDENT CHERRIE WELCOMES THE DALAI LAMA TO THE CHATEAU President Cherrie met privately with His Holiness, the Dalai Lama today, at the Chateau Private Residence for breakfast. They met for about an hour. The two leaders discussed a range of issues and the President takes a keen interest in His Holiness views on global issues. ## |
