PRESIDENT CHERRIE TO ATTEND THE INAUGURAL CARIBBEAN - FEDERATION SUMMIT ON MARITIME AND TRADE, 1 - 2 AUGUST 2007, BRIDGETOWN, BARBADOS
President Cherrie will travel to Bridgetown, Barbados to attend the first Caribbean - Federation Summit on Maritime and Trade, as well as the Economy. The President will meet for the frist time with many leaders from the Caribbean Nations.
Preisdent Cherrie sees the Caribbean Nations as an important aspact tot he Federation Economy, and the Prosparety of the Americas as a whole.
Traveling with the President on the two day visit to Barbados will be Mrs. Cherrie,
as well as the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Environment and the Secretary of Trade.
