PRESIDENT CHERRIE TO VISIT CANADA
President Cherrie will pay a State Visit to Canada at the invitiation of the Queen's Representative of Canada and Prime Minister Stephen Harper from the 5th of June - 10th of June 2006. President Cherrie will be accompanied by Mrs. Cherrie on the 5 day visit. From the 5th - 6th of June, the Preisdent will visit Toronto, before going on to Ottawa on the 6th - 8th of June, and finally from the 8th - 10th of June, the President will visit Vancouver.
Accompanying the delegation includes, the Ambassador of the Federation to Canada, the Canadian Ambassador to the Federation, Secretary of State James Morrision, and the Secretary of Veteran Affairs.
This will be President Cherrie's first visit to Canada since taking office in 2004.
