PRESIDENT AND MRS. CHERRIE TO WELCOME PRIME MINSITER OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND MRS. BLAIR
President and Mrs. Cherrie will welcome Pime Minister Tony Blair and Mrs. Cherie Blair of the United Kingdom to the Chateau on Friday, 18 May 2007.
Prime Minister and Mrs. Blair will be welcomed with the two tier Federation Arrival Ceremony on the South Lawn of the Chateau, and a 19 Gun Salute. Following which, Prime Minister Blair will hold talks with the President, and the First Ladies will discuss Child Care and poverty.
In the Afternoon, the Blairs will be hosted to a Luncheon by Secretary of State Morrison, followed by Tea with Vice President and Mrs. Carosole.
In the evening the Blairs will be hosted to an Official Dinner at the Chateau.
While in Metro City, the Prime Minsiter will reside at Sophyer House.
