| From the Office of the President: PRESIDENT CHERRIE THANKS CHIEF OF STAFF ELLEN DEGENERES FOR HER SERVICE Linda and I are grateful to the service of Ellen Degeneres over the past year as our Chief of Staff. She will be dearly missed. Ellen has been an unquavering support and piller to this administration not just during the past year as Chief of Staff but also on my campaign for a second term in 2005. Ellen has also been a keen adviser to me and my administration during my time as Vice President. Linda and I wish Ellen, as with all the staff here at the Chateau, the best as she moves on to Foreign Affairs. THOMAS CHERRIE The Chateau PRESDIENT CHERRIE APPOINTS JASON B. RHODES AS CHIEF OF STAFF President Cherrie has appointed Jason B. Rhodes as Chief of Staff from effect, Monday, 16th April 2007. Jason has served in the capacity as deputy Chief of Staff (in waiting) since April 2006. Mr. Rhodes prior to that served as Deputy Speech Writer to the 2005 Cherrie Presidential Campaign. Preisdent Cherrie looks forward to working with Mr. Rhodes to lead and work with the Staff of the Chateau. ## |
