| The Blue Office The Chateau AS BROADCASTED LIVE: 9.50 AM WST THE PRESDIENT: My fellow citizens, today we mourn the passing of one of the greates ment of all times, the most honourable Speaker of Congress, Richard Rich. Mr. Rich has lead the State Hall through many months of debate, and he will always be remembered for his great leadership through the debates each friday. Speaker Rich has not been well as of late, and we, and with many, have been hopeing ofr his recovery. Unfortunately, that is not to be. We as a country stand behind James Rich, and Wendy Rich, for being such a strong son and wife during this very trying time. Linda and I send our deepest condolances to you. As such, a State Funeral will ensue, though I do not have details with me at this point in time, an apporpreate response must no lest be delivered. At ten thirty this morning, I will swer in the interim Speker of Congress the Honourable Houster James E Barker, to assume the full appointment of office he is to beare. The bipartisanship of State Hall is a constant reminder of our democracy, one we must preserve. God help us at this time. Thankyou. END |
