THE PRESIDENT: Thanks, please be seated. I will make a statement, and then I will take questions. We ahve had a good two days, the Secretaries have been meeting a few days as well before, so it is good that I have come and we have achieved what we set out to do.

I appreciate State Hall vetoing my China FTA, i think they think they know what they are doing, and I must say I expected it, but I have convinced the secretaries and the environomental lobbiest that we can get China, if we can, to cut their fossil fuel emissions than we will push again for the FTA. That's what State Hall has said, and we will work to that. I appreciate them making my job eaiser, you know, the Housters vetoing everything I set out to do. Listen - It is not helping. Unless the Housters say that we are loosing our Jobs to the Chinese, we are not. So it is silly to put the cause of veto on environment. Well, we will see what we can do about that.

The Secretaries have agreed to put implace carbon offsestting to the major Airlines in the Federation, which includes Lego Airlines, Blue Express, Green Express, Wowi Express and so on. This wil be for domestinc flights, and will begin implementation once State Hall appreoves it soon. We ahve also decided that all government agencies will be required to re use reduce and recycle all office papers, as spercified. We will make sure that that is carried out. And on the national level, we will be organizing teams to carryout greater awareness - what caught my attention was this greed bag day, when you bring your own bags to the supermarket, that's a good idea. With that, I will take some questions.
