PRESIDENTIAL ORDER
As an honor to the most Honorable Speaker of Congress Richard Rich:
With the Power vested in me as the Preisdent of the Federation of Legoland, I hereby declare that the National Flag, Presidential Flag and all other Flags below its order be flown at Half Mast from the 26th of July 2006 till the internment of the most honourble Speaker of Congress, Richard Rich.
All Federal Buildings in the Federation and Abroad, Embassies and Consolates in Foriegn Countires will fly the National Flag at half mast for the same period of time.
