IRC Chat- To private message someone double click on that users name and talk in the applet that appears.
To change your nickname type /nick (your choosen nickname).

For advanced IRC users only:
When connecting to the chat from a mIRC Script use irc.mircx.com as the server name and server ports as 6667,7000. The Chat Canada channel is Chat_Canada


Forum-Near the top there is a list of links. One link says "Register Your Free Account (Reguired)". Go to that and follow the instructions. Local or Global doesn't really matter. Global is preferable. If you have problems with messages or posts showing up hit the refresh button once on your browser, and it should refresh.
