We toured St Marks Basilica, Doge Palace, Rialto Bridge, and Sy. Maria Della Salute, Basilica of SS Giovannie Paolo. Stopped and got some fish soup with bread and some wine. Watched as some musicians played and sang. Was so nice back to room for nap.

            Supper was Beef and Braciole(Links), salad, bread, potatoes, Beef ribs, Dessert was Pana cotta(black Pudding) and a nice white bottle of Paluani, after sitting got a nice cold drink of Crème Limoncello. After good nights sleep Breakfast of cereal, toast, ham and eggs, and coffee.

            Here in Venice visited the Grand Canal and all the shops, Having seen Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo a castle. Off to Florence to see Andre Bocelli. After the show we are bone tired.

            Nice Hotel here in Florence has everything even a pool. Our 2 bedrooms over look Florence as we are up high. Supper of Lamb, veggies salad, cheese, bread cold cuts, and fresh milk. After a nice swim and relaxing, still in Northern Italy. After a drink of Amaro Alle Erbe, after relaxing. Went to outside restaurant had Pasta, meatballs, salad, bread a bottle of Toscaninet. Setting out on the balcony we got a bottle of Crème di Limoncello.

            Got us a guide so we visited Ponte Vecchio(1345) over the Arno River, Facade of the Dumo, Baptistry and Placsa, Statue of Neptune, Tuscany and several museums. Florence is so big and so much to see. Been walking all over Florence. Stopped and had a Peach and Raspberry pie and milk. Been watching people, so interesting, and the streets are of brick from the old days.

            After back to hotel and a nap, a swim and a shower went to nice outdoor restaurant, for Spaghetti with meat balls, Lasagna green salad, Bread Sticks, bottle of Sassicia, very light, and coffee.

            Now traveled to Coronate Tuscany or Toscana.. ver 3.6 million in this area. Tuscany is the loveliest part of Italy. Be here for 2 days. Here Hotel San Michele has everything one of the oldest the Ancient Baldelli Palace and not far from Ligurian Sea.

            Nice lunch of Stuffed Bell Peppers with crab, salad bread and house wine. After a rest we visited the clock tower Le Celle of St Francis monastery, Buildings of the Monastery Cortona. Church of Santa ario.

            Been walking side streets watching people. We got a nice glass of Lemonade. Back to hotel had a buffet, so we had plenty shrimp clams, octopus, anchovies, got it all. Granddaughter loves clams, but she managed some octopus. Alone with a bottle of Bellevue Lussac St Emillion. Then Chocolate cake, then outside for coffee.

            Cortona has not changed too much. Here in Cortona seen Gate leading to the Piaza, Church of Santa Margherita and other churches. Stopped and got a Deep Fried Artichokes, delicious.

            Up and quick breakfast of mush, toast, juice and coffee. Rented a car and on our way to Rome, will criss cross the country.
