HUNGARY

            Got dressed and went to restaurant. Sat with other people and had fun. Got some Vnicum Beer, plenty of food, mostly cold colds and some hot food, with bread, chicken, pork cheese. Music was wild. Did some Polkas with the people we met, Granddaughter and I show them Irish dances, and everyone laughed and clapped.

            Well up and a breakfast of Coffee, toast bacon and eggcup. Traveling through Szeged, Boglarlette, by the Balston Lake to Papu and Erd. Back at hotel for a swim. Supper over looking the Danube. Had Quail soup, Biscuits, potato Salad, Beef Stroganoff, house wine. Apple cake, and coffee.

            People we met will show us around. From a hill the city of Budapest, then to see St. Stephens Basilica, Fisherman’s Bastion, Sandora Palata (Presidents home) Chain Bridge, just so much to see. Supper of chicken dumplings, Ham soup salad, bread, milk and Chocolate tart. Got a bottle of Takai wine white, out in the gardens.

            Well rented a car drove to Slovenia to the city of Ljubljana, and our Hotel Leev. We are in center of the city. A good supper of zlikrofi (raviolis) potatoes, onion, cheese bacon, coffee. With a bottle of Cvicek wine we are happy. Apple Strudel and ice cream.

            Well today no breakfast so want to see things. Traveled through Trbovlije, Maribor, Ptcaj, Bied, Murska, Nova, Gorica, over the Sosa River, Ljubljanica. Seeing great places. So much Russian influence. Church at Lake Bohini, Central plaza in Tartini, Predjama.

            Back to hotel. Lunch of Ham Sandwich and a coke. Back for a shower Supper of fish, mussels and squid potatoes, bread, salads, dessert was Dumplings filled with fresh fruit. and house wine.

            Tomorrow head for Republic of Czech.
