GERMANY

            Back to the hotel. Not being hungry we caught a flight to Hamburg Germany. Our hotel is the Soitel Hamburg Alter Wall. Great view of the city. Here in Northern part food is different in cooking and style.

            Breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, toast juice, coffee and now of to see the sights. Traveled through Lubeck, Kiel, Rostock, seen Baltic Sea, Oder, Havel Hanover and many other cities. In Weiser stopped for a Roast Beef sandwich with sweet mustard and a local beer.

            Now over to Elms and a boat ride on the Rhine, sand seen allot of castles. Had a glass of Weizer Beer. There are over 5000 types of Beer. Back to Ema then to our room. Had some Apple Schnapps to relax as we watched people from our balcony. Been so much fun. Not much time to stop.

            Great supper Braised Pork Roast in white wine sauce potatoes, salad, mixed Veggies, Semolina Pudding and Bottle of FGutedel Wine. Coffee outside in the garden.

            Well another day up for a good breakfast of Ham eggs, bacon, toast juice bread pudding, coffee. Off again through Magdebug, Spree, Neeisse, Leipzig, Nuremberg and got a hotel in Baden Baden Hotel Der Kleine Prenz. Will go see James Last and his Orchestra Great show allot of music and laughter.

            Early supper salad, several types of German stir fry veal, mixed with chicken and pork in a creamy sauce, bread with noodles, potatoes and Black Forest Cake, and local beer.

            Baden Baden is near Buchenwold concentration camp. If you seen one you seen the other. After a walk in the city and the shops, back to hotel. Supper Black Bean soup Pork Chops Mixed Vegetables, bread, potatoes, salad, Chocolate Pudding and Kaslsch Beer. Morning of oatmeal eggs ham toast coffee.

            Off through Stugart, Vlm, Danube, Isar bu Lake Constance, Black Forest to Hotel Zugspitze great view of the Bavarian Alps. Quick supper of Beef Stew, bread, green salad and house wine.

            Up and on to Munich to fly to France. Seen allot of Germany. Lovely country and friendly people. While in Germany seen or visited Neuschwonstein, Castle of King Ludwig (Mad King) Houses in Heidelberg, Berchtesgaden in the Alps. Now to France.
