Eggless Omelet
Ingredients:
1/2 Lb - Hash Brown Potatoes
1/2 cup - shredded cheese
1/2 - onion (chopped)
1 - tomato or 5 Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
2.5 oz - sliced ripe olives
3 oz - chopped mushrooms
1 tbs - dried parsley
1/4 tsp - garlic flakes
1/2 tsp - dill
1/2 tsp - sweet basil
1/2 tsp - marjoram
1/2 tsp - poppy seeds
to taste - black pepper
to taste - salt
to taste - butter
Directions:
Brown Hash Browns, garlic, and poppy seeds in butter.
SautŽ tomato and onion.
Add mushrooms, tomato, and onion to potatoes.
Cook together for 2 minutes on high.
Add olives, parsley, dill, marjoram, and cheese.
Season with salt and black pepper
Stir and serve.

Silly Billies
Ingredients:
1 cup - marshmallow creme
1 cup - creamy peanut butter
3 cups - rice crispies
Directions:
Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Roll into 1/2 inch to 1 inch diameter balls. Serve.
Variations to mix with basic recipe.
Add 1/2 cup diced dried fruit or 1/4 cup jelly.
Add 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
Add 4 Tbs chopped fresh mint or anise.
Add 1 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, white, or butterscotch).
Add 1 cup Carmel sauce.
Add 2 Tbs amaretto.
Quick Potato Tatties
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225
Combine 1 Egg with 1 tbsp of mashed potato and 1 tbsp yogurt.
Blend in butter, salt, pepper, and chives as desired.
Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese and paprika.
Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is crispy and egg/potato cooked.
Serve.
Note: May add sausage or bacon pieces to combine.
