Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredients:
12 ounces -cranberries
1 -orange with peel, chopped
1 cup -honey
1/2 cup -chopped walnuts
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, combine the cranberries, orange, walnuts and honey.
Blend until evenly chopped.
Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to blend.


Olive Raisin Chutney

Ingredients:
4oz -Black olives sliced
3c -Raisins
3 oz -Mandarin Orange slices chopped
6 -Portobello Mushrooms chopped
1/2cup -Sun-dried Tomatoes
4 stalk -Salsify chop fine
2 -Kohlrabi chop fine
1/2cup -Balsamic Vinegar
1/2cup -Sunflower Oil
2 Tbsp -Parsley chopped
3 -Leeks chopped
3cup -Bulgur Wheat
Directions:
Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Chill for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serve as a side, over greens, or as a stuffing.
