"Mental exercise for Seniors"
I find the stroke I had curtails
the exercise I do
and though I am restricted
I still manage with a few.
I beat around the bush
jump to conclusions then
I push my luck and drag my heels
and climb the walls again.
Swallowing my pride is hard
and wading thru the bills
and opening a can of worms
contributes to my I'lls.
I jump onto the bandwagon
bend over backwards too,
and putting my foot in my mouth's
another thing I do.
make mountains out of mole hills,
hit the nail upon the head.
Add fuel to the fire.
Balance all the books i've read
I toot my horn ,pick up the pieces,
There's few that I have missed,
and running round in circles
is my favourite on the list.
Reply to Glen's desk poem for a,j.
Glen ,I thank you for your poem
about a subject I have known.
The latin I had learnt in school
proved to be a handy tool
"COGITO ERGO SUM" I knew
'I think therefore I am', is true
Butt as to where my prostate lay
I think they went the other way.
The reason I think this you see
is that I did Anatomy.
"Daffynitions"
"Karmageddon-" see man it's ,like,
bad vibes in the summer
and then, like, all the world explodes
and it's a serious bummer.
" Arachnoleptic fit"
This is the frantic dance that is
performed, so it is said,
after accidently walking
through a spider's web.
"Decaf alon"
"Decaf alon" a gruelling race
you know you have to do
injesting daily only things
your told are good for you.
