1Birthday means month, day and year from a reputable source. Anything less is unacceptable.
2People who are under a death sentence will not be added. "Death sentence" would include people like journalist, Jill Carroll, who was taken hostage by terrorists in 2006 and threatened with beheading unless demands were met. A person under a death sentence may be on the list, but they weren't when they were added. (i.e. Saddam Hussein)
