Baratillo
This fountain, which is said to have been a gift from the Emperor Maximillian to the City of Guanajuato, is located in the Plaza de Baratillo very near the center of town. Baratillo means flea market, but that is not it's present function. A variety of little stores including a popular coffee shop surround the the plaza, but on the plaza itself are women who sell flowers and vegetables although not at the hour I took this picture.
