Our new apartment has been designed to provide an attractive and comfortable place for visitors. The unit is attached to our house but is visually and functionally separate. Our purpose in constructing this unit was threefold: a guesthouse, a rental property, and when we get old and dotty, a place where we would be able to have live-in help. The apartment is a one-bedroom unit, completely furnished, suitable for one or two adults. It rents for 6,000 pesos per month and is currently rented.
