What is included and costs:
- Water is included in the rent. (City water, not bottled water.)
- Gas for hot water and heating of apartment is included in the rent.
- Electricity is paid by renter. In as much as bills are for two months and may arrive after the apartment is vacated, renter agrees to mail payment after vacating apartment.
- Telephone is paid by renter. Basic cost without long distance is about U.S.$30. Renter agrees to mail payment after vacating apartment.
- Maid cleaning service can be arranged.
- Only on-street parking is available. There is plenty of space. We park one of our cars on the street. Our neighbors, even those with two car garages often park on the street.
- Rent is 6,000 pesos per month.
- Available July 1, 2006.
