SNOW CONE
The portrait of this single pine cone was taken as it sat on a frosted tree branch.

SANCTUARY
Surrounded by an old weathered fence, this barn is nestled in a small quite town. The soft brown of the barn wood, the green of the trees and the yellow hay are all a subtle contrast to the cold crisp morning. The frost covers the barn's roof and surrounding vegetation. This picture reminds me of grandpa's barn, back home on the farm.

CASCADE BRIDGE
Behind the scenic byway bridge a waterfall plummets to a small pool and down again, cascading down the lush green walls of the rocks. The no longer used antique bridge, creates the architectural beauty with the sheer elegance of the misty waterfall.

ISLAND PARK WHISPERS
This is a personal favorite of mine. Behind these lodge pole pines is an icy lake, reflecting the image of the trees beyond the lake. The photo appears black and white, but a second glance will reveal the subtle green and soft blue hues.

PACIFIC COVE
The two mountainous gapping jaws open to swallow the white water and eat the three rocks floating in the water.

WHERE THE SKY MEETS THE OCEAN
We've often wondered where the sky meets the ocean, now we know. Between the green landscape and behind the wave beaten rocks, the sly pours into the ocean.

LISTEN
The sound of the crashing white waves against this rocky beach, still echo. The ocean spray feeds the flourishing pine covered mountains, which seclude this beach to those that could steal its beauty. This picture captured the sounds of the ocean.

A NEW BEGINNING
Amongst the old lying burnt trees of Yellowstone, a new life roams the vast acres.

WHITE VEIL
White water plummets from the rocky stream into a large pool, surrounded by the lush green rock walls. Mist encircles the enchanting falls.

THE OUTSIDE HOUSE
Next to a large snowy pine, an outhouse you will find. A scenic stop for passers by. Reminds me of the stories Grandpa tells.

BLOOMINGTON CANYON
A combination of quake and aspens are a reminder of home. The mountainous green acres of Bloomington is where Mother Nature hosts the Wilderness Ball.

INDEPENDENCE
Alone stands one. Only one watches from the distance, ...and all the other elk laughed and called her names.

STANDING TALL
Pines of old stand strait, unchanged through the years, despite the temptations of the taunting wind.

FROST
Among the Utahan Mountains a blanket of frost falls. A variety of trees frame the beautiful mountains.

SPRING VELVET
A large noble creature strides amongst his competition, show his antlers in their beautiful velvet state.
