| Description: |
Probably the first thing that most people notice about Hkarag, is the fire that runs down his back and along the lower joints of his limbs. However, with fiery eyes and a lithe dangerous body, the flames are not the last things to be taken into account. His long face is expressive and intense, crowned with a pair of silver horns and golden xeno plating. His legs are similarly plated, and his xeno blood is furthered by the fleshy spines decorating his shoulders and upper back, as well as the line of quills that run down each of his bladed tails. Aglow with flame and bright in his red skin- Hkarag is hard to miss, even on a quiet day.

After a life time in a gender filled world, Hkarag has come to hate being called "it." Though he isn't really sexual, females seem to find their way to Hkarag's heart much easier than males, and thus most (including himself) seem to consider him male. Fathering clutches will certainly take some magic, but Hkarag won't be against it... and may even have a few females in mind when he gets the chance. As it is, those who rightly call Hkarag "it" will quickly find out why some describe him as spiteful. Getting on his bad side is easy, but finding a way back to his good graces is a little more than hard. However, for the few who find out the extent of Hkarag's sometimes violent temper, a frown and blunt word is a mild repercussion for insult. Summissa, Hkarag's closest friend, is probably the only creature who could call him "it" and get away with it. In fact, Summissa (despite the fact that she never would and never does) could probably call Hkarag just about anything and get away with it. Hkarag loves her as a sister, and his protective nature is fullest in regards to her. Despite some early experiences, Hkarag also shows animals some of this tenderness... even to the point of being almost vegetarian. He has a way with taming them, and often works to keep their relationship neutral. Hkarag has a lot on his shoulders, with a whole island on his claws and a whole group of dragons looking up to him. Naturally tense, Hkarag is a good but strict leader and even little things will set him off. He is a good dragon, despite all that seems to be riding against him...
