A witches BoS is like her Wiccan diary. You should write in it as often as possible, about anything really, and spells or incantations you make up or find, thoughts, feelings, and any progress you have made. Ideally, it should be hand written, as this adds personalisation, but you may find it more useful to organise another database on your computer to store all your wiccan information.
