Malware is a general term for evil software in the world of computer systems. Most types of malware have names that evoke the characteristics of something we all know -- viruses, spiders, worms, Trojan horses -- but some are new words like spyware, key logger, bot-nets.

Words you should know: Virus, worm, Trojan, bots, botnet, spyware, spam, phishing, pharming, denial of service attack, zombie, firewall, spoofed .
Look them up on Google or Yahoo. Or contact us.

Hoaxes are also a part of Email and The Web. Before you pass on a warning or "free" offer, do a reality check.
