Introduction to Dragon's Aerie
Dragons. Terrifying creatures of myth, truculent reptiles with wings and fire. The endless species and variations from Hungarian horntails to Chinese dragons to the impressible dragons of Anne McCaffrey's Pern, the endless variations mean there are no two people who see dragons in the same way. My personal idea of a dragon is a four legged reptile about ten foot tall ground to horns and thirty long nose tip to tail tip, bat-like wings twenty foot tip to tip... you get the idea, where mine has four legs others have two, where others have dragons at 200 foot, mine's a modest 30. Apart from dragons are firelizards, much smaller pet sized creatures of similar physical appearance. This site is dedicated to dragons and to connecting people, like me, who are completely enchanted by them. At least that�s the idea, it�s not finished so I�ll work to finish and hope it fulfills that goal. |
