Criteria

There are several Thai food sites.  Mostly they provide general information of Thai cuisine and where to buy the ingredients.  Normally, they use fresh ingredients for their own style.  It is not so hard to try it at home if you have some cooking experience.

The top ten sites, which I have found and like the most are with plenty of interesting information about Thai food.  I have surfed and searched several websites. The a good Thai food site should have all information. listed below.

:: How to cook > is also included in the main portion of Thai food preparation to get the original style and taste.

:: Ingredient > is shown a particular material which is using for cooking in different region.

:: Background history > supports the food  to be attractive, interesting and well understanding in its history background basically.

:: Link to Thai Restaurant > provides more update information and it is easy to find out for wonderful Thai meal.

:: Link to groceries shop > provides the ingredients information and can purchase online.

:: Accessibility > user-friendliness of  the webpage to navigate.

:: Overall Information > provides clear information, has details and attractive pictures.

Therefore, a good website should have all the facts mentioned above and the score for each points are shown in the table below.  Recipes and How to cook are the most important in Thai food so that there are two score for each.  Others will be one score for each.
