Charlotte was the first women in the Warren line.She lived in colonial Virginia.Where she lived with Colonial witches in her coven.They acknowledged the magical powers that Charlotte's daughter,Melinda,would possess.Charlotte was kidnapped by a woman named Ruth who wanted the powers for herself.However in the episode "All Halliwell's Eve", The Charmed Ones were able to travel back to time to Colonial virginia and rescue Charlotte before Melinda was born.Piper helps deliver Charlotte's baby Melinda Warren.

Melinda was Charlotte's daughter who grew up in the 17th century Salem.She was the one that started it all when it came to magical powers.She possessed three powers:Telekinesis,Freeze Time and Premonitions.These powers would be the original powers of the Charmed ones in the year 1998.Melinda had a lover named Mattew Tate,a warlock who betrayed her by telling the townspeople that Melinda was a real witch with real magical powers.Her life was ended when she was burned at the stake by the townspeople.Although she could have used her powers to escape,Melinda allowed herself to be burned so her daughter Puedence could be saved.She came back to help save the Charmed Ones from Mattew Tate in the episode "The Witch Is Back".

Pruedence was melinda's daughter and Charlotte's granddaughter.After Melinda was burned at the stake,Pruedence was raised as an orphan in another home.She was the one that carried on the Warren line of witches.Prue Halliwell is named after Melinda's daughter Pruedence Warren.

Brianna was the daughter of Pruedence.She had the power of telekinesis,like Prue but to a greater level.Brianna was the one who disgraced Gabriel, a Lord of War.She used her powers of telekinesis to take away Gabriel's sword by throwing it away for hundreds of miles.Obviously she was stronger then Prue Halliwell.Having been shamed,Gabriel tried to get heis sword back by attacking Prue Halliwell but was unsuccessful.

The cousins were past Prue past piper and past Phoebe.During the 1920's,they were cousins,but during the 1990's they were sisters.Phoebe was turned evil by a shape-shifting warlock named Antonio.He used her powers against her cousins in an attempt to kill them.The cousins cursed past Phoebe and all her futur lives into dying on the same day.However,The Charmed Ones changed that because they had to protect good Phoebe from dying.Back then,past Phoebe had the power of flame and past Prue had the power to freeze thing in snow or ice blasts.Leo explained that when a power is misused,a witch regressed and loses that ability.
