Prudence Halliwell ( also known as "Prue"), is the oldest Charmed One. Being the oldest sister, Prue was very protective of her sisters,especially since she had to give up most of her childhood to help raise her two sisters.
     At the beginning of the show, Prue was working at Bucklands Auction House. She authenticated manyof the auction pieces at Bucklands. Prue enjoyed working there at first, but her real dream was to become a photographer.             In the second season, Prue saw what her life would be like if she stayed at Bucklands....it wasn't good !! Soon after she decided to changed jobs and became a photographer.(And was pretty good at it too!!!)
     Prue loved her sister's very much and would do bascially everything she possibly could to keep them both safe.....even if it cost her own life. This also applied for all the innocent people that she and her sisters had to protect. The end of Prue's life is one of the many reasons why so many fans have come to know, love, and care for her. She would rather risk her own life to save the life of someone else. She will be truly missed.

Piper Halliwell is the middle sister in the family. As she was growing up, she was known to many as the peacemaker in the family. She proves this to us by always tring to keep Prue and Phoebe out of huge arguments.
   At the beginning of the show, Piper worked at a restaruant called "Quake". She soon got tired of working there and decided to open up her own club P3 . Piper has shown us that she is very talented. She proves this by continuously improving on everything she has started, as well as trying many new things.
     When Prue died, Piper was the one that took her death the hardest. It took her quite a while for her to finally accept it as well. When Paige made her first appearence on the show as the girls' half sister, Piper wasn't all that thrilled to welcome their sister to the family because she thought that Paige would then try and take Prue's place in their lives.
    Piper is also the one that has had the most failed relationships in the family. The names of all the men that have been in her life go as follows......Jeremy(warlock), Mark(ghost), Josh(he was normal. thank god!), Leo(her whitelighter), Dan( he was a cuttie), and Leo again-who she later married.

   Phoebe Halliwell is the youngest of the three. At the beginning of the show, Phoebe lived in New York then later moved back into the Halliwell manor. When she first arrived, she was on good terms with Piper, but not with Prue. But after a while, the two started to get along.
    Phoebe is really the whole reason why the girls have their powers. She found the Book of Shadows up in the attic and willingly accepted her powers. In doing so, she has become a great spell writer, creating potions, and knowing all about the Book of Shadows. Having her powers and being united with her sisters gives Phoebe a purpose in life.
   Phoebe's soul mate is found in Cole Turner. Cole is half demon and half mortal being that his mother was a demon and father a mortal. Cole originally was to kill the Charmed Ones but then later relized his love for Phoebe.(now that's love!)
