Barbas
Barbas, the demon of fear, appears once every thirteen hundred years on Friday the thirteenth. Barbas must kill thirteen unmarried witches before midnight so that he might be freed to wreak his havoc every day. He kills witches by making their worst fears come to pass and literally scaring them to death.
Phantasms
These ghostly creatures possess mortals with leanings toward evil and accentuate those tendencies. To vanquish a phantasm, one must first expell it from the mortal with a potion and then use a wand to capture it.
Phinks
This lower-level demon escaped from Purgatory along with Barbas, only to be promptly thrown back down there.

A council made up of both Elders and Demons, the Tribunal monitors magic to keep people from ever finding out about its use.
