Phoebes first power is Premonition. She can see things in the past and future. She touches an object that has somthing to do with the premonition. She can't really control this power. (She doesn't go aound town touching everything!) She didn't really know what happened the first time that she had a premonition but now that she does know she can react to her premonition better. |

| Phoebes second power is levatation. That is the power to float. Phoebe can control this power with her mind. It has advanced and been more controled over the years. She can only stay in the air for a short period of time. When Phoebe got this power along with premonition she couldn't always use it when she wanted to. |
