By the day after her thirteenth birthday, though, Lily's powers haven't manifested, and Juliana's worried that a demon may have stripped her daughter's magic. Enter the Halliwell sisters. But Lily's too much of a typical teen to welcome witch chaperones. She'd much rather sneak out to hang out with her rebellious friend, Drew. Could Drew's bad behavior be related to Lily's missing magic? It's going to take the Power of Three to get to the bottom of this adolescent angst!

My Review:
Well, the book itself didn't really deserve such a high rating, but you wouldn't believe how smart the story actually is - so I don't have a choice but to give it a good review! Finally, we get to see the sisters back in magical action, and Cole is at long last gone!! The story may seem simple and straightforward, but as I'd said - it's really smart. The element of surprise and unexpected twists will leave you nodding in approval & satisfaction. A good read for any Charmed fan.
