Phoebe Halliwell was the youngest sister of the charmed ones up untill recently when her eldest sister prue was killed by a demon. Which now makes her the middle sister and a more powerful witch. Phoebe holds the abilities of preminition and levitation which can often come in handy seeing as though she is a martial arts expert. Phoebe was the one who unlocked their destiny as the charmed trio, she knows the Book Of Shadows the best out of three sisters.
