This story is set in San Francisco when the sisters are teenagers. They were all born one year apart. Prue, Piper and Phoebe are living at the manor with Grams. Paige just arrived in the area and enrolled in the same school as the other sisters. This is a change from the past that someone (not telling whom yet). Evil, boys and magic all arrive earlier than exepected. The sub-setting changes often. There will be 24 chapters in the story (one for each hour).
