| Imagine that you are going to the county fair with Fern. Your parents give you $10.00 to spend. Use the list below to decide what you will spend your money on. On a seperate sheet of paper, add up what you would spend your money on and tell how much you will have left over. You may not go over your limit of $10.00. |

| Now that you have spent your money, use a word processor to write a story about whatyour trip to the fair would be like. Be sure to use correct punctuation and capital letters. Remember to stick to the topic and use exciting details that will allow the reader to get a clear picture of your story in their own mind. The whole idea is to make the reader feel like they are at the fair with you. When you are finished, use a paint program to draw a picture of your imaginary trip. |
