| interview with Tarw Dur July 2001 What's happening with the band? Give us an update! We�ve been busy promoting our new CD �Acrobat�, playing Cardiff & Swansea and getting airplay on the radio. We are also in the middle of building a recording studio for our own use and to produce other bands. How would you describe your music? Four boys with a musical dream! Bruce, have you had your tonsils taken out yet? Yes, I had my tonsils removed in January and the band had 10 weeks off from live dates. My throat is a lot better now and the singing isn�t as bad as it used to be. Favourite Welsh band, apart from your own? Super Furry Animals. Where's Welsh music heading? Straight in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars! Favourite radio show? The Adam Walton Show, BBC Wales, Women�s Hour, Radio 4, WKRP in Cincinnati. What does your parents think of the band? Total Indifference. What Band? What Parents? I�ve been hiding it all these years. Whose records do you feel like burning? Stereophonics. Port Talbot vs. London? 3 � 0, after extra-time. It�s not where it�s from, it�s where it�s at. Are you proud to be Welsh? Yes, One world, One Nation under a groove (except the Stereophonics!) Who do you regard as cool? David Blaine, Sir Walter Raleigh, Louis Theroux, Eskimos Books. Rubbish or a necessity? Absolute Necessity, although books have had a bad press Ever broken the law? Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes. What makes you angry? Bruce. Neil. People in general. Students. Who did you admire as kids? Ossie Ardiles, Lee Majors, Moses, Peter Purvis. What did you dream last night? My girlfriend shot someone. Can�t remember. My girlfriend was in the kitchen arguing in the lotus position. I dreamt of meeting a gorgeous girl called Charlotte! What's the naughtiest thing you've done? Stole a packet of Hob Nob Biscuits. Stole Bruce�s virginity. Brought down Barings Bank and getting away with it. Sung in high �c�. Tony Blair vs. William Hague? Politicians suck! First musical memory? Sparks. Abba�s �Arrival� cover. Pots & Pans in the kitchen. Bye Baby Bunting. Favourite song of all time?
