Tell us a little about yourselves! We play "nu skool new wave" and have just signed to "Kingdom Of Rock Records" and we should have an album out by October and a single called "Space Monkey". We are now touring, check website for tour details. Where's Welsh music heading? Mars! Would you describe Dogzuki as a political band? We don't really consider Dogzuki a political band, personal politics don't count. We feel that we know the difference between "right and wrong" and we hope that this comes across in our music, although we are all quite left in our own personal politics, eg. "let freedom come again". Favourite Welsh band, apart from your own? Steve: Super Furry Animals, Gorky�s. Andrew: Feeder. Boots: Budgie Ger: Super Furry Animals and Manic Street Preachers. Whose records do you feel like burning? Steve: All financial records. Andrew: I don't care. Boots: Hearsay. Ger: Police department's. What makes you angry? Steve: Ignorance. Andrew: Idiot drivers. Boots: Hearsay. Ger: The human race. Ever broken the law? Steve: Yes, I feel that it is unavoidable sometimes, due to the nature of the society in which we live. Andrew: Yes. Boots: Yes. Ger: I am the law! Tony Blair vs. William Hague? Steve: Neither, they are both as bad as each other. Andrew: That answer was declared on the 7th of june. Boots: Neither. Ger: Pepsi or coke, they both taste the same! CD or vinyl? Steve: Vinyl. Andrew: Carpet tiles. Boots: I dont know. Ger: Live. |
