Thank You, Lord
I thank You, Lord, today,
For saving our lives yesterday.
Squealing tires and a loud crash,
Fear and tears, it happened so fast.
Thank you, Lord, for the Angels that you sent,
They helped us and then on their way they went,
To help someone else who was in need,
To spread love and hope with their kind deeds.
Help me to make the most of each day,
And to forgive others along the way.
If I do make a mistake,
I know that You will wipe clean the slate.
Your love for us is so great and full of wonder,
And You will forgive us no matter how we blunder.
Thank You, Lord, for all of our days,
Thank You, Lord, for showing us the Way!
