Sunsets and Rainbows

Won't you come along with me?
We'll take a walk along the beach.
Or maybe we'll drive out in the country,
So much beauty for us to see!
Talking about important things,
Sharing our innermost dreams.
To us, so very special is this time,
A time for learning all about life.
With each mile the stress will fade,
Worries and cares just fall away.
Along the road, fields of flowers,
Even more beautiful in the light summer showers.
After the rain, comes the rainbow,
Such a wondrous sight to behold!
Slowly the sun will set in the west,
And this sunset will be the very best!
Sitting under the moon at night,
Drinking in the beauty of the starry sky.
Peaceful and calm are the waters,
And soothing our souls just like laughter.
Next morning we'll see the sunrise,
Seeing that beauty is like winning a grand prize!
Then too soon, we'll have to go,
And always, we will treasure this day so!
