Happy Thanksgiving!
So many things to be thankful for,
At this joyous time of the year,
Friends and family and so much more.
Blessings from up above,
We can see all around us,
And the greatest of all is love.
Although we miss those no longer here,
We must go on and try to be strong,
And we will most likely shed a few tears.
They say that each year gets a little easier,
And the pain will lessen as time goes on,
With the help of God and those we hold dear.
So on this Thanksgiving Day,
I hope for all of you love and peace,
And may much happiness come your way!
