| Meet the Scholarship Girls as we were affectionately called |
| Most of the participants of these Friendship Sessions are from the United States and Canada. This is because these trips are expensive. So the Our Cabana Executive Committee offers Scholarships to girls from less developed countries to attend these sessions in Mexico. These scholarships cover the cost of stay at The Cabana so the girls only have to pay for travel to and from Mexico. |
| That summer the eight of us proved that the International Language is FRIENDSHIP. Only three of us spoke both languages but we NEVER had a language barrier. |
