CHARLIE'S PLACE POINT SYSTEM CONTRACT I have read over the Charlie's Place Point System and agree to abide by it. I understand that if I choose not to follow this system, I will not be able to participate in activities that cost points. I also understand that staff makes the final decision as to whether or not I have earned points while participating in point-earning activities. I agree to calmly discuss with staff any problems or concerns I have about this system, and to ask staff if I believe I have earned more points than are marked on my sheet, or if I believe I should have earned points for a certain activity or program. I understand that signing this contract does not replace the original Charlie's Place contract and that all usual consequences will still apply to behavior violations. Finally, I understand that it is my responsibility to tell staff when I am going to participate in a point-earning program or acitivity and that, if I do not, I might not earn the points. |
BASIC RULES ABOUT POINTS 1. Everyone begins with 15 free points. After you spend these points, you will not be able to participate in any activities that cost points until you have earned more points. 2. You may not give away points or accept points from other attendees. 3. Staff will keep track of how many points you have earned and spent. 4. You lose all of your earned points if you are expelled. If you are re-admitted, you will begin again with 15 free points. 5. Point earning activities other than those listed on the main point sheet will become available. Watch for notices regarding these activities. 6. Work done to remove a warning cannot also be used to earn points. 7. It is your responsibility to tell staff when you are going to be participating in a point earning activity or program. Your points will be tracked on a chart. You may see yours but you may not look at anyone else's. 8. If you do not wish to participate in this point system, you may still come into Charlie's Place and engage in point-neutral activities (as long as you are registered) but you will not be allowed to participate in activities that cost points. There are no exceptions to this. |
