John Adams

John Adams and Charlie became good friends during the selection rounds of the soundmixshow in 1987. Since then they have kept in contact with each other. John is the godfather of Charlie's oldest son. John currently lives in Colorado.

Mike Shannon

Mike Shannon and Charlie are also good friends. They met in 1988 on a country music show. He's very busy with his music career, but still continues to give Charlie a lot of good advice.

George Baker

As a little boy listening to his mother's record collection, Charlie became fan of George Baker. Today, George is a very generous and social man and allows Charlie to continue to sing his songs.

The Cats

The Cats had a huge influence on Charlie. They were also in the record collection of Charlie's mother that he listened to as a child. Later on, Charlie imitated the lead singer of this group to earn a spot as a finalist in the soundmixshow.

Bee Gees

The Bee Gees are one of Charlie's favorite groups. He's always admired them and sings many of their songs in his performances. You can tell as he sings that their songs come straight from his heart and you can feel the influence that the Bee Gees have had on his music.
