ART HISTORY 415G - Dr. Anna Brzyski

New York in the seventies was a place I can only dream of but I so wish I could have been there. It seems like practically anyone could get a start in the film industry back then as long as they had talent. And one of those people was Martin Scorsese who directed my favorite movie of all-time: Taxi Driver. This film says so much about the seventies and, at the same time, shows the common folk. Despite the complete insanity of the film, it makes sense about humanity. That is what I try to do with my own artwork.
