| "Natalia, are you all right?" Vince asked as he walked up to Jeff and Natalia. It was the next day and Natalia and Jeff were at the arena rehearsing for that night's show. "I just heard about what happened to you last night. I heard that someone attacked you in the parking lot?" Vince asked. "Yea, I don't remember much. John found me and took me back to the hotel." Natalia told Vince. "Well I'm sorry to hear that you were attacked. I'm gonna make sure security is tighter tonight so something like this doesn't happen again." Vince said. "Are you sure you are all right." "Really, I'm fine. My head barely hurts any more." Natalia said in a reassuring tone. "Ok, but to be on the safe side why don't you take the night off?" suggested Vince. "Really, I'm fine. I can wrestle." Natalia said pleading with Vince to let her stay. "Well, ok." Vince said giving in after thinking for a few minutes. "Hey girl, I heard what happened last night." Laura said as she, Adam, Katie, and Jay all came up to where Vince and Jeff and her were all standing. "Do you have any idea who did it?" She asked. "Not a clue." Natalia answered. "Well I'm glad that you are all here." Vince said. "I wanted to discuss tonight's show with you all of you. See for tonight we want Destiny and Rose to take on Edge and Christian for the tag team belts." Vince said. "YOU WHAT?" exclaimed Adam and Jay simultaneously. "Awesome." Laura said giving Katie a high-five. "We get to kick our man's asses on national tv!" exclaimed Katie. "That should be fun." She said smiling. "Wait back up here." Adam said. "You want us to fight each other? I can't fight against Laura." "Yea same goes for me." Jay said. "What's the matter?" Laura said teasingly. "Are you afraid to fight us? Afraid that we will kick your asses and make you boys look bad?" "No, it's just, well, it will feel weird having to fight my own girlfriend on national tv." Adam said. "Yea." Jay. "Well I'm sure me and Laura can make it up to you boys after the show." Katie said with a sly smile on her face looking over at Laura. "Well," Jay said with a smile on his face. "If you girls are willing to make it up to us later than I think I can live with having my ass kicked by my own girlfriend. How bout you Adam?" "Well, if they are gonna make it up to us....than I'm in." Adam said with a smile thinking of how Laura was gonna make it up to him later that night. "Ok, well let me tell you about the details. There are a few more things about tonight's match that we need to go over." Vince said. ~Smackdown~ "Walking down to the ring being accompanied by the women's champion Storm, Destiny and Rose." announced Lillian as all three women walked down to the ring. "See, after I beat Ivory ass Monday and became the new women's champion I realized two things." Natalia said as she grabbed a mic once in the ring and paused as the crowd went wild with applause and cheers. " One I realized that we need better competition. Luscious needs more of a challenge. Second I realized that we look good with gold and we could use some more." Katie grabbed the mic from Natalia's hands and began to speak. "See me and Destiny have set our eyes on some gold, we want the tag team gold." She said smiling. " We figured that this will solve all our problems. Beating Edge and Christian will be a challenge but when we do, it will give us the gold that we want. So Edge and Christian, why don't you drag your asses out here so we can take those belts from around your cute little waists." Edge and Christian's music began to play and out they walked. "Whoa Destiny, what's going on here? Are you turning your back on us?" Adam asked sounding shocked that their valet would consider taking them on for the belts. Katie handed the mic to Laura and Laura began to speak. "When I was with you all I did was accompany you to the ring looking like a pretty little china doll and help you guys cheat to win. Well no more babe, see you guys treated me like dirt. You just used me to help you win, well I'm here to prove to you that I can do more than just look pretty. I demand that Rose and I get a title shot here tonight!" Laura said while the crowd went wild behind her. "So let me get this straight." Jay said. "You and Rose want to take on me and Edge for the belts right here tonight?" "Isn't that what she just said?" Katie answered sarcastically grabbing the mic from Laura. "Ladies, ladies think about what you are saying. Do you really think that you can take these belts away from us." Jay said. "What do you think Edge? Think we should give them a shot?" "Cut the crap and just bring your asses down here so we can kick them and take those belts." Katie said. |
