| The Mummy Returns is set in 1935, 10 years after the first film. Rick O'connell (Brendon Fraiser) is now married to Evelyn (Racheal Weisz) and are living in London with their 9 year old Son Alex (Freddie Boath) When events find the Mummy Imhotep (Arnold Vosloo) resurrected in the British museum determined to fulfill the task of becoming immortal. Another force has been set loose on the world, one born from darkness and even more powerful and evil than Imhotep, The Scorpian King (Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson). When the two forces collide the fate of the world will hang in the balance sending the O'connell's out to save the world from evil and rescue their son before it's too late. |
