This is Rod B's new baby ( an extra) it's large(a Bolly kit).It uses a brush cutter petrol motor(28cc)with a 18 X 6 prop. It has a 73 inch wingspan and weighs 13 pound. Also has a smoker connected. Rod also has some smaller planes on his page.

This is a COLT that Rod got last week

Here's "Willy Monster" this is Ray M's large plane. It's an enlarged version of the Willy Trainer. The Monster has a 2 metre fuse and a 3 metre wingspan and a 13 inch wing cord!! It uses a SC 75 motor and only requires 3 channel operation (throttle, elevator and rudder). The Willy Monster is one of the slowest and most dosile training planes around. Ray also has some smaller planes on his page.
This is a new large plane for neil he is doing a bit of a write -up on it and i'll have that posted when i recieve it

Here's Andrew I's new large plane it's a Desafio with a 145 motor and as you can see from the pics it's bigger than he is.It also has a smoker in it . On the first flight the prop nut came loose and the prop came off luckily the spinner held onto almost everything except the nut.Well it was Bob to the rescue with a Valliant nut (off the floor of his car ). After some more fine tuning it was time for another go,this time we had some better luck and it was up up and away.A little trimming in the air and it handled just fine. Then one thing that most areomodellers dread RADIO FAILURE , off Andrew ran after the plane trying desperatly to control it and bring it down safely.Luckily he managed to get control back "IN SPURTS" which was just enough to give her a wet landing just in the edge of the dam.So no real damage was done (great) just a bit of drying off, the radio problem seams to be either with the control wires inside the fuse or the fuse itself as it has a coating that may have caused the interferance.Either way she lived to fly another day and from what i videotaped and watched she went just fine with the areobatics.
Well Sunday 3/9/00 This big beast had a great flight !!! No problems with takeoff flying but it seems to like to keep flying including when you want to land haha .It just took a little more space to land than what was expected. All fine And Andrew's already well into building another plane (a giant biplane).
Andrew also has some smaller planes on his page.

This is Steve W's large bi-plane he has'nt had it long and is in the process of getting a motor for it.
