| 5 Foot 6 is a band that's had a low-key presence around the Charleston area for some time. The band enjoys the music of rock, but in a carefree sort of way--no pretentious clothing or rock star attitudes here, just a coupla dudes rocking out some originals mixed with covers at your favorite watering hole. They sometimes perform under other auspices ("The Rent-A-Gods," to name one) and like to shake things up with a Pixies tribute here and there. As skin-beater Special K says, they'll "make you move your feet--either toward the floor or toward the door." |
