Boundaries are about making choices.
People can control your schedule, agenda , and your life thus leading to a burn out. Luck of boundaries can lead to stress anger, irratability, bitter, frustration and even hostility.
Setting boundaries restricts the power a person has over you.
When one sets boundaries it may be interpreted by some as a personal rejection.
Just say no without excuses.
One of the key is to surround yourself with positive praying people.

God says you're my friend I'm going to teach you how to be a friend trully.
God draws Abram into a relationship with all of Abrams flaws and calls him a friend. God takes Abram as a friend in the midst of an ungodly environment God wants to birth a nation for himself and therefore finds Abram and says this is my friend. God begins to father Abram into becoming a real friend and ultimately a father himself.
