Banana chocolate cake
100 grams/ 0,5 cup butter or margarine
150 grams / 3/4 cup sugar
200 grams/ 0,5 cup flour
50 grams/ 0,5 cup cocoa powder
3 bananas
1 lemon and 1 orange
4 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
200 ml / 3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
vanilla aroma
Mix the butter with the sugar, yolks,cocoa powder, baking powder, flour and the milk. Grate lemon and orange peel into the pastry. Preheat oven. Slice the bananas and blend them into the mass. Whip  the whites and add it to the mass. Flavour it with some vanilla aroma. Place it in a cake tin lined with baking paper and bake it at 180 Celsius/ 350 Fahreheit for about 40 minutes. When it has cooled down you may sprinkle it with confectioner's sugar.        Enjoy the cake!

Honey-cake
500 grams/1,5 cup acacia honey
2 whole eggs
2 yolks
60 grams/ 0,3 cup sugar
500 grams/ 4 cups flour
1 dessertspoon soda
a pinch of cinnamon
grated peel of a lemon
almond to put on top of cake
Heat up the honey a little bit and mix it with the eggs, yolks, cinnamon and soda. Blend them well and then add the flour gradually too. Again, mix the pastry well. Pour it into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven. Sprinkle almond on top of cake. Bake it at 160 Celsius/ 320 Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.       Enjoy the cake!
Walnut shortcake
100 grams/0,4 cup margarine or butter
150 grams/ 0,7 cup sugar
200 grams/ 1,6 cup flour
1 lemon
2 teaspoons baking powder
100 grams/ 0,8 cup ground walnut
5 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
Mix the melted margarine with the sugar and add the yolks, the lemon juice and the grated lemon peel too. Then add the flour mixed with the baking powder and the the walnut. Whip the whites to stiff peaks and carefully add it to the pastry. Pour the mass into a baking tin lined with baking paper and bake it at 170-180 Celsius/ 338-356 Fahreheit for about 30 minutes. That's it.

Apricot cocoa cake
120 grams/ 0,6 cup butter or margarine
150 grams/1,3 cups confectioner's sugar
6 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
140 grams/ 1,2 cups flour
1pkg vanillin sugar
a pinch of salt
1 lemon
40 grams/ 0,3 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
400 grams apricot (can be preserved)
sliced almond according to taste
Mix the margarine or butter with pinch of salt, vanillin sugar and lemon peel.
Add one third of the sugar and the yolks blend them well again. Beat the whites with the rest of the sugar to stiff peaks and add it to the mass with the baking powder. Mix the cocoa with the flour and add it it to the rest. Mix the ingredients well. Preheat oven. Pour the mass into a baking tin lined with baking paper and place apricots all over the pastry. Bake it at 180 Celsius/356 Fahrenheit for 45 min.   Enjoy the cake!
