| Head: Thunder Arms, Waist and Legs: Gung Ho V2 Torso: Funskool Zartan The Super Trooper project was due to be revived by the regular army Special Operations in 1994, but was unable to find enough suitable candidates. Given the outrageously high qualifications demanded, it was a stretch to believe that those that might have squeeked by without the Medal of Honor requirement would be willing to devote thier lives to obtaining a slot with high risk and little chance of advancement. But the Desert Storm action gave America a new generation of combat veterans, schooled in modern warfare. The head of this new class is a man named Sgt. Sherman Rock. A one man commando force, he's the man that Uncle Sam has chosen to fight a one man war against the world's evildoers. This is my best attempt to make use of a Funkool Zartan Torso. I like the look of the figure, and I think the body armor looks better than the original. Now I just have to find him a shield... |
